Is it not normal to begin horseback riding lessons when you are 13?
I’ve been wanting to do horseback riding for a long long time. And now I am 13, and my parents are finally considering it, and i believe i am going to start. Is this a late age to start horseback riding?
That’s a year younger than the age I was when I started riding after begging my parents for years. I was a few years older than other kids in my classes at first, but I moved up to higher classes more quickly than them since I was so into it and really bonded with all the horses. If it’s something you want to do, you should definitely go for it, riding is about connecting with the horses, and has nothing to do with age.
